If selected, our program is free of charge to all students, teachers, and chaperones attending.
The Student Experience is open to musicians ages 7 - 21. We accept entries from both private and public music schools, music teachers, and unsigned
bands. We want to offer this unique opportunity to students truly passionate about pursuing a career in music, when applying please provide a little background information about
your music, school, or band. This information helps us find the right students for the program, enter here, participation form.
* Musicians under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a chaperone.
Chaperones can be your school teachers, parents or students over the age of 18. We request at least 1 adult chaperone for each group of 7 underage students attending.
Yes, The Student Experience welcomes past attendees! Space fills up fast, make sure to secure your spot! Fill out the participation form and let us know how many kids you would like to bring this year.
Most festival dates can range between 2 and 3 days over the course of a weekend. The Student Experience program is generally held on Saturday, unless otherwise noted.
Each Student Experience event is different, attendees can generally expect for the program to last between 1 - 4 hours. If any special events are scheduled, they will be announced during this time. Students may be asked to return back to the tent for demonstrations, meet & greets, or tours. Upon completing the Student Experience program, everyone is free to stay the remainder of the day and enjoy the show.

Summer events can be hot and long. We suggest that your child bring enough money for food and drink.
There are a variety of food trucks, specialty food, and drink vendors available.
ATM's are available at each event.
The Music Experience offers an awesome networking environment, please let us know if you plan to bring music demos and cards.
All festivals have a set of rules we must abide by, please read a list of items not allowed into the festivals.

If you present your prescription, medication and a photo ID at the festival gates, you will be allowed to bring it in with you. If you have dietary restrictions that require special snack or beverages to be brought into the show, you may do so when presented with a doctor’s note at the festival gates.
